Nothing worked for me
I tried the video method and it didn't work….. But this method did work! What can I do if Uplay crashes due to an unrecoverable error?
ANSWER:
• Open the Run command by pressing the R key and Windowskey at the same time.
• Type in %AppData% and confirm by pressing Enter or by clicking OK.
• Navigate to the following directory: C:UsersUsernameAppDataLocal.
• Delete the Ubisoft Game Launcher folder.
You should now be able to start Uplay again.

Nothing worked
Can someone PLZ help me😔. I just got R6 today and it’s bugging so much. It keeps telling me “Uplay has detected an error it can’t recover from and must shut down. Crash dump created at Program files/Ubisoft/Ubisoft game launcher/crashes”.

My uplay works, but my uplay game doesn’t. Just got rainbow six siege couldn’t even launch it I tried verifying game files reinstalling uplay in different locations, messing with windows defender firewall but nothing is working. It’s 2020 and I can’t play my uplay game!!!

It worked for me by changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 and disabling the connection with Hamatchi in the Network settings.
