How To Fix Windows 10 Store Not Downloading Apps [Tutorial]

Command Used In Powershell:
PowerShell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted -Command “& {$manifest = (Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.WindowsStore).InstallLocation + ‘AppxManifest.xml’ ; Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $manifest}”

This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops,and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba,Lenovo, and Samsung).

  • mine just says "It looks like you don’t have any applicable device(s) linked to your Microsoft account." But my pc is linked when I log in and check.

  • IF NONE OF THESE WORKED:

    Simply updating my network adapter drivers fixed the problem for me.
    I used the free version of Driver Booster for this, but any non-scam driver updater should work.

  • if you get the error code: 0x80080206

    – Win+R -> type services.msc

    -> look for the service called "delivery optimization" or something similar and verify that it is active and running
